From glitter to ghouls - bring your best costume to Disco Boogeyland
Step into the shadows of the dance floor this Halloween with Disco Boogeyland - a spooky, dark disco for the good people of Stretford.
Expect dark disco, groovy electronica and sleazy dancefloor heaters from local DJs including disco diva from under your bed, The Boogeyman, Meme Gold (with her legendary crowd-powered "Text Request Line" set) - and DJ Polly with her cosmic disco vibes! And a special performance from electro powerhouse, Phia Sky!

We're turning the unit space into a full-on Boogeyworld - with brilliant music, go-go dancers, and prizes for the best dressed of the night. So be sure to wear your best Halloween costume!
This is a party for the people, by the people - and everyone's invited.

Bringing Disco back to Stretford!

El Patio was a 70s nightclub located within the Stretford Mall (formerly Stretford Arndale) in Stretford, Greater Manchester. Which is where you'll find Rainy Heart today!

The image in this poster, was drawn from a photo, taken in 1979, which depicts El Patio when it was running at it's height of popularity!
It is best known for its appearance in The Smiths' song "Reel Around the Fountain," with the line "slap me on the patio" referring to the nightclub.
The song also mentions a central water feature, which was a prominent feature of the mall at the time!
