WELCOME TO
Keeper of Boogey lore, myths and literature
THE CRYPT
The Boogeyman comes from a world deep beneath our beds.

We call it the BOOGEYWORLD, but it is known by many names - the dreamverse, the upside down, the further.

Boogeymen often become boogeymen after they have been forgotten - they often begin their lives as imaginary friends - they themselves are never very certain if they exist - and once they are forgotten and belief in them is gone, they twist and rot into boogeymen.

A boogeyperson, if feeling vengeful or resentful... or just a bit cheeky, may seek to haunt or harm you. Be wary of the Boogey under your bed - they do respect the polite etiquette of hiding under your blanket - and will not harm you in this case.

Boogeymen commonly like to partake in the following:
-
Haunting nightmares
-
Visiting dreams
-
Sleep paralysis
-
Stealing "lost" items from under beds
-
Pranks
